What’s It About
A romantic weekend getaway turns into a demented cycle of terror when a couple finds themselves living the same horrific day over and over again.
MOVIESinMO REVIEW
This will more than likely be the worse movies I see this year. The concept of repeating the same day is always interesting, but you’ve got to be a special kind of stupid to screw it up this bad. In 6:45, a couple, Jules and Bobby, decides to take a romantic trip to Bog Grove. After a perfect day of visiting stores, bars, and beaches, their walk back to the hotel ends in their murder. The following day at 6:45, Bobby has a feeling of déjà vu. The next day he realizes he’s in a time loop that begins at 6:45 am. This goes on for two-thirds of the film, and each time is just as boring and uninspired as the next. Honestly, after the third time of the exact same thing, they should have moved to the next part of the story. Needless to say, it drags on until the last fifteen minutes of the film, where they try and redeem themselves at the tail end of the story. In short, it’s too little, too late.
